Website Terms & Conditions

Our website terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services.

What our Terms & Conditions Cover

1. Introduction

Welcome to JN Tech. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by JN Tech, a 100% New Zealand owned and operated business, including website design, business email setup, and Google Business Profile services. By signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Commitment & Ownership

  • All website builds have a minimum 1-year term.

  • Customers may pay monthly or upfront (with a discount for full-year upfront payments).

  • If a customer cancels before the 1-year term ends, they must pay a lump sum for the remaining months.

  • Ownership of the website and its content transfers to the customer upon signing up. Until then, JN Tech retains ownership during the initial build phase.

3. Domain & Hosting Management

  • Domains and hosting services are managed by JN Tech. Customers may request changes as needed.

  • Customers must not use hosting services for illegal activities or content. JN Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

4. Support Services

  • Unlimited support includes minor content updates (text updates on pages).

  • Full product catalogue updates are not included but can be done at an hourly rate.

  • A fair usage policy applies to unlimited support, determined solely by JN Tech. Excessive or unreasonable support requests may be declined or subject to additional charges.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (monthly or upfront).

  • No refunds are offered unless required by New Zealand law.

6. Termination of Services

  • JN Tech may terminate services if a customer fails to make payments for 3 consecutive months.

  • Immediate termination will occur if the website is misused or hosts illegal content.
